What countries can use Starlight Registry?
All countries can use our services. Guests from anywhere in the world can contribute to your wedding no matter in what country the event is taking place. However, the website is available only in English, which should be taken into consideration.
What currencies does Starlight Registry accept?
We accept every currency. We accept credit cards and debit cards from any country in the world. However, we only accept checks/cheques made out in US dollars and that will be drawn from a USA bank account.

Am I limited to certain gifts?
No. You can put anything on your registry list. You can ask your guests for money to put toward traditional presents found in stores, or more abstract larger purchases like a house deposit, honeymoon, or new car. If you can dream it up, then you can request it.
How will I know if someone sends me a gift?
We inform you immediately after the gift is purchased through email and guests receive confirmation emails that they have provided you with a gift.
Will I know who gives me a gift?
Yes. You will receive an email confirming the transaction and you can view your transaction details at any time on your Administration Control Panel (only accessible if you have an account and are logged in). Here you can see who has contributed to your registry (unless they chose to remain anonymous), how much they contributed, and which gifts they contributed towards.
When can I withdraw my gift money?
You are able to withdraw money at any point after someone provides you with a gift. Alternatively, you can wait and withdraw when you have more, or all, of your gift money. You can spend the money however you would like. There are no shipping and handling costs for withdrawing your money.
How do I withdraw my funds or receive my gifts?
You can choose from the following payment options: Bank transfer/international transfer (supports any currency), check/cheque (made out in US dollars-$), PayPal or Google Checkout. Pricing and details of each withdrawal method can be found in our Withdrawal Options section.
Are there any Fees for a host?
All features on Starlight Registry are FREE but there is a small transaction/processing fee applied when you withdraw money.
Can I withdraw my money in any currency?
Yes. Hosts not from America can withdraw their money through a Bank Wire Transfer, Check/Cheque made out in US Dollars, PayPal, or Google checkout. For pricing and details please see our Withdrawal Options section.

How do I provide gifts?
You simply visit a registry and provide a gift with one of the many payment options we offer.
What payment options can I use to provide a gift?
You can contribute to a wedding registry using a credit or debit card from any currency, and card issuer, in the world. For your security, we do not store any credit card details. We also accept checks/cheques made out in USA dollars and that will be drawn from a USA bank account.
Do you accept all currencies?
Yes. We accept all international credit and debit cards. We only accept checks/cheques made out in US dollars that are drawn from a USA bank account.
Are there any Fees for Guests?
All features on Starlight Registry are FREE but there is a small transaction/processing fee applied when you contribute money.

Per transaction fees for guest contributions
These fees are paid for by the happy couple, or they can give their guests the option to pay
the small fee. Using the latter option, the fee is added to the final amount when guests pay
for their gifts. We have a minimum contribution amount of $3 per contribution.
The Guest Fees are used to cover the costs of credit card transactions when processing the contribution and the associated fraud prevention security on our website. That is, these fees INCLUDE the total cost of all credit or debit card transactions.

Per withdrawal fees for brides and grooms
We levy a small security charge to cover the costs of fraud prevention security on our website while we look after your money. Security Fees include, but are not necessarily limited to, the cost of making sure your money is kept secure while we hold it for you, and executing the necessary money laundering and fraud checks that are performed by Starlight Registry® and other third parties.
